- The Guinea Pig PrincessJun, 08 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst phone company ever. Just switched to them and the phone I got stopped working so i was supposed to get a warranty phone but that fell thru and I tried to get it from the insurance I WAS PAYING $6 A MONTH FOR but once I tried to get the warranty it cancelled my insurance and metro refused to do anything. Worst customer service to. No body has a clue what their doing they all say to call the 1 800 #. Switching to boost thank you.
