  Carafe broke within months of purchase. Attempted to buy replacement. Web-site is horrible and couldn't process order on-line. Called Krups directly and they didn't have part in stock so they referred me to a third-party service center. Sat on hold for an extremely long time and gave up. Horrible customer service organization and will never do business with Krups again.
